Understand your Policy

Should you have any doubts regarding your insurance coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly. Make sure to have your member ID and policy number ready when you call, and inquire about the following details:
1. Whether massage therapy or acupuncture treatment is included in your health benefits.
2. The necessity of a doctor’s referral for coverage.
3. The annual limit of your coverage for massage therapy or acupuncture treatment.
4. The coverage amount available for each massage therapy or acupuncture session.

Prepare for your Appointment

After obtaining your insurance details, proceed to schedule your appointment, during which you'll be asked to complete your insurance information on our Health History Form. We can process all your claims for you on the day of your service, leaving you only to settle any remaining balance should there be a discrepancy.​
